UK: Celebrating its 20-year anniversary this July, the award-winning Truck Festival has sold out four months ahead of opening its gates to the public. This year’s event – which will welcome over 13,000 revellers – is set to host an eclectic mix of acts from across the musical spectrum including headliners The Libertines, The Vaccines and Franz Ferdinand.
Truck Festival organiser Matt Harrap said: “Truck Festival has grown from strength to strength since 1998 and going into our 20th year we are delighted to have sold out so early. It’s testament to this truly fantastic festival and our loyal supporters who have been so important to us through the years. We can’t wait for the summer; we’re looking forward to giving our guests the weekend of their lives.”
Renowned as one of the longest running small festivals in the country, Truck Festival is a family friendly event taking place from July 21 – 23 at Hill Farm, Oxfordshire.
Revellers can expect an eclectic mix of live music and DJ performances from international talent as well as a medley of locally sourced food markets and ale stalls; silent discos; the Nighthawk Cinema; a family area hosting themed games, races and sandpits; and more.
