Veteran brutal death metal act Defeated Sanity has been revealed as the next headliner for next year’s Offal Fest – the must-attend event for fans of all things gore, brutal, slam and death metal in the UK.
In a 2025 UK exclusive, Defeated Sanity will co-headline the Sunday alongside previously announced slam pioneers Internal Bleeding.
Italian brutal death metal legends in Putridity will be coming back to the UK to play the Saturday and Begging For Incest will be blessing the stage with their German slamming sickness after they were unable to perform at this year’s edition with a UK exclusive set.
Also joining on Saturday are Impurist who are a new UK death metal supergroup (ft. members of Gorerotted, Winterfylleth and Scatorgy) and Manchester slamming legends Chainsaw Castration.
Italian brutal death metallers Indecent Excision will also bring their brutality to Offal. Completing the stacked line-up are German sci-fi goregrind sickness Plasma with a UK exclusive show and UK Death Metal newcomers in Ancient Rivalry who will help start off a brutal day as they return to Offal Fest.
Taking place on the Friday and at the same venue (Rebellion, Manchester), the pre-show will be full of insane UK metal talent culminating with a headline set by the legendary Mancunians in Foetal Juice.
Joining Foetal Juice are Offal Fest alumni; the brutal slamming duo 357 Homicide, scouse Death Metal supremacy Exhumation, geordie death metallers Rumination (formerly Dawn of Chaos), Slamming newcomers in Hacked Up and local grinders in Nasty Git.

The festival has also partnered with Brutal Mind, New Standard Elite, Morbid Generation Records, Pathologically Explicit Recordings and Rotten Music who will all have stock available at Offal Fest 2025 for sale.
