Always sold out, Cross The Tracks, situated in Brockwell Park, has established itself as an innovative space where community, culture and music unite to celebrate everything jazz, funk and soul. They’ve just announced their first wave of acts for their 2025 lineup taking place on 25th May 2025, headlined by Mercury Prize-winning artist Michael Kiwanuka.
He’ll be joined by renowned multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, producer and songwriter Jordan Rakei, R&B icon Sinéad Harnett, one of the UK’s most skilled and respected rappers Bashy, dub and reggae sound system legends Aba Shanti-I and Channel One, pioneer of LA hip hop and electro Egyptian Lover, Grammy-nominated artist Baby Rose, bright new soul artist Lynda Dawn, South London songstress Jaz Karis, viral-sensation JGrrey, fast-rising star in the UK Alt-RnB scene Rubii, explosive jazz trio Moses Yoofee Trio, two of L.A.’s finest soul groups Thee Sinseers & The Altons, lead vocalist of the acclaimed collective 30/70 and powerful live performer Allysha Joy, indie-pop trio from the Gold Coast Australia daste., genre-blending artist LULU., incredible bassist, producer and DJ Marla Kether, versatile emerging talent Jessy Blakemore, UK R&B staple Summer Banton, powerful singer-songwriter Tia Gordon and boundary-pushing artist Kaicrewsade.
There will also be DJ sets from revered digger and Worldwide FM founder Gilles Peterson, genre-blending DJ/Producer duo musclecars, diverse and eclectic DJ Shy One, NTS resident and expert in her craft Ruby Savage, plus a Handson Family Heritage Stage takeover and so much more.
Since its inception, Cross The Tracks has ensured a 50/50 mix of genders on its line-ups, helping cement the festival as a diverse platform for emerging and homegrown artists alongside international talent.
