Pretty Gritty, a sports coaching and apparel business for Women has expanded into festivals, launching Energetic by Nature Festival.
Inspired by their own love of the outdoors and adventure, directors Emma Stoney and and Katie Fitzgerald-Gill, decided to bring together a group of women for a weekend of sport, and have launched their first festival which will take place this summer.
From a beautiful countryside location in Yorkshire, their team of sports instructors will help deliver 2 days of guided hikes, trail runs and mountain bike rides as well as yoga, pilates and bootcamp style classes.
From the 5th to the 7th of July, the Festival will see around 150 Women enjoying fresh air and adventure, as well as listening to inspirational female speakers to get them fired up for their own personal sporting challenges in the future.
The Reverend Kate Bottley of Radio two is the special guest and she will share her love of cold water dipping. She will be on hand to guide those new to it, as they experience the joy for themselves in the cold water dipping tubs at the festival!
Pretty Gritty is proud that the entire weekend will be delivered by a team of females. From the expert instructors and sports leaders, the delicious catering in the evenings and the luxury bell tent accommodation provided by North Sky Yurts, the force behind the Energetic by Nature Festival is entirely female.
Katie and Emma hope their enthusiasm for all things outdoors will make this a truly memorable event for the women who come.
