FINLAND: Flow Festival has confirmed its addition of a new indoor venue in the Suvilahti area. The comparatively intimate Zalando Factory stage is housed in an old sheet metal hall and presents a series of concerts with both rising stars and veterans, for audiences of up to 700 people.

The fresh venue’s line-up includes producer Mura Masa, who made it onto BBC’s Sound 2016 list; Russian Moa Pillar’s unique combination of dark instrumentation and vocals; and Estonian electro-pop newcomer Noëp and his dreamy, bewitching singing voice.

Zalando Factory’s Finnish acts include Alma, whose muscular sound has made a strong showing on Spotify and Apple Music lists; as well as pop promise Venior, who also made an appearance on Spotify’s Spotlight list. The stage will also host hook-laden electro-pop group Feels; Elias Gould and his guitar-driven indie rock; folk pop group Karina, who won Radio Helsinki’s demo competition last fall; and the winner of Basso Radio’s NOST€ award Lake Jons, whose sound brings together garage rock and folk-tinged melancholy. Finnish rap is represented by grime and garage influenced Töölön Ketterä; veteran producer and rap artist RPK, who is readying his solo debut for release; and Gettomasa, Finnish rap champion of 2012.
